Idea-Clinic methodology is a unique intellectual framework developed by CIM with the intensive involvement of multiple experts. The structure, flow, and mentoring process are copyright protected.
Ideation needs space for back-and-forth discovery.
The Idea Clinic provides sustained, structured, iterative support—not a rushed bootcamp. This format, developed and copyrighted by CIM, is specially built for translational innovation.
This isn’t a consultancy that hands over a solution. Our mentors act as guides—raising the right questions, exposing hidden challenges, and walking with you through strategic options. Success comes through co-creation.
Most researchers/ innovators / deep-tech-startups feel frustrated because their brilliant scientific ideas often fail to meet real world challenges.
Unfortunately, there is no other systematic support-system available for the innovators to overcome these challenges.
Hence, CIM endeavoured to arrange 360 degree assistance for the scientific innovators, from the senior Innovation Management experts, leading to creation of this program.
It's a pleasure that with special arrangements, we have been able to keep such high-level long-term intensive mentorship affordable for the innovators
